I just want to say how important it is to look after yourself. Never underestimate the value of health, without it you have nothing else. This is somehow one of the easiest things to forget.

Travel stuff… (down the rabbit hole)

It all started during a skype meet in Feb, which followed from my introduction to the Connectivity net-work through Valentin Vollmer of Germany/Switzerland, when he attended the inspired youth conference "Kgotla" in Durban, South Africa, at the start of 2009, and I attended his workshop on Connectivity for various reasons but mainly because he gave a good lecture. Oh the power of word.

And time does not exist as a means by which we count our worth, but an element as much as the earth and the air and the water and the fire. The awareness of the earth turning, going around the sun and the galaxy and the universe, this huge boundless sky urging you to rethink everyday, reawaken your awareness, to remember your place in each and every moment, including this one. It's here, it's now. It's time.
